Are there times when you feel you need to be silent? Not every comment or post we see online needs a response. Sometimes, as we see in the Holy Bible, we are to be silent. Learn when to speak and when to be silent as you examine the Scriptures.
There are 400 years of silence where the Word of God was not recorded. This is known as the time between Malachi and the first New Testament Gospel, Matthew. Let’s explore both the Old Testament (OT) and New Testament (NT) for Bible verses about being silent or silence.
The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent. Exodus 14:14 ESV
Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent. Psalm 4:4 NLT
