Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of Bible Cafe™ University Monthly, Semiannual, or Annual Membership, you have 3 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds are not prorated.

Refunds are not automatic. Please contact admin@biblecafe.org and request your refund.

We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company. If you file a false claim we will mark your billing profile as fraudulent and will disallow any future purchases.

Termination of Membership

You may self-cancel anytime. Log in and click your profile image, then account settings.

Refunds are NOT automatic. If you cancel within 3 days of your purchase please contact admin@biblecafe.org and request your 3-day refund.

Your membership is effective until such time as it is terminated by either you or us.

You have the right to terminate your Bible Cafe™ University membership at any time for any reason.

Please allow two business days from receipt for us to process your termination request.
