Hi! My name is Amber and I am from Boston, Ma. My current season can be summed up in the word “searching.” My husband and I both want to get into full time ministry and are desperately searching for God’s will right now!
Amber, my husband and I are in a similar (if not exact) situation, with regards to taking that leap of faith and doing full time ministry. I pray that you and your husband hear God’s will so clear there is no mistaking it for anything else. I also pray when you do get that confirmation to go in a specific direction, that you are both filled so completely with faith, hope, and love. Admittedly, I sometimes have to beat back the fear of taking that first step. It hits me like a wave when I least expect it. So to that I have to say, that God has not given you and I the spirit of fear. Hang in there sister!

There are no excuses, however there will be a lot of pulling from Satan. He hates it when women have closer relationships with God, so he will cause discouragement, distractions, and other evil to keep us away from scripture. Be armed with God’s promises and stand firm…it’s worth the battle when we come out released from strongholds.
He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains. Psalm 107:14 NIV

I really want to join the Lies Women Believe and the Truth that sets them Free. I am currently doing a Breaking Free (Beth Moore) Bible study and loving every minute of it. SERVICE. God is truly ripping me from my comfort zone to show me my service in this life. I prayed to be unsettled and to really know my purpose. After months of praying, I got nothing. After I stopped relying on pleading but rather living by faith, I am finally starting to see and practice my service! I am finally starting to feel at peace.
I live in Little Rock, Ar and I am wanting to know if the two prayer requests in my life are going to be answered here down on earth, or when I get to heaven.

Hi, yes this is my very first online bible study here, I am currently doing one with Wendy Blight on Hebrews (totally awesome). I almost did not participate in this study because I really was not ready, but somehow God made it possible for me to be here and to take a part in this study. My current season, well if there is a season of ‘waiting’ that is where I am with God right now. My whole life is like waiting for something to happen, my colleagues, friends and family are all waiting for something to happen in my life. Just when I feel it is over, the waiting starts all over again. I don’t know if you understand what I am saying, but that’s my current season.
Best regards,
Olayinka Okunola
