SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I make a prayer request?
Look for the Prayer Wall inside our membership site. Unlike Facebook, your family and friends will not see the prayer unless they are members of this private site. Post a prayer for our community. Be sure to provide updates when your prayer has been answered by God.
Where are the live discussion groups?
Currently we are hosting live Bible Study and Book Club groups in the Facebook group. For site members find EVENTS tab and join a Zoom meeting by phone or video.
How do I find an accountability partner?
Accountability partners are special relationships based on mutual trust. The desired habit is for both partners to communicate each week about their progress. It’s not a private study session, simply a caring reminder to nudge each other along the journey. Select someone who is active and visible in your groups, or select someone with a common interest.
How do I find a Certified Mentor?
Applications to receive a Certified Mentor open a few times a year during open enrollment, available to site members only. Click the Certified Mentors Course once you are inside the membership site.
How do I update my account or profile?
Look inside the membership site for Members Tab, click Edit Profile.
How do I login or reset password?
If you are a registered site member, click Members Tab and Login button. If you forgot your password click reset password.
