Many people struggle with self-control. We can look at the Holy Bible and find Bible Verses about self-control. Look at these verses and find one or two that might help you on your journey. Write them on a notecard, inside a phone app, or somewhere helpful. Let these words sink into your heart and mind. And then, when you are tempted towards a lack of control… recite one of your verses! He will die for lack of self-control; he will be lost because of his great foolishness. (Proverbs 5:23 NLT)
